MP School News: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given green signal to reopen the schools after consultation with medical experts. Schools in the state will reopen from February 1 with 50 percent capacity.

Madhya Pradesh The government has given permission to open schools with 50 percent capacity. After which the schools of the state will reopen from tomorrow i.e. February 1. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given green signal to reopen the schools after consultation with medical experts.

 In fact, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a review meeting on Saturday at the Chief Minister’s residence to review the control and prevention of corona virus. During this, the CM had said that the cases under treatment of corona virus in the state have been decreasing continuously for three days.

 In the major cities of the state, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior, the cases of infection have started decreasing. A very small number of corona virus patients are admitted in hospitals. In view of the situation of covid-19, a decision will be taken to open the school. Experts will also be consulted. Schools will be opened only after thorough deliberation. 

A directive was issued to close the schools on 14 January due to the increasing cases of corona virus. In this direction, all the schools and hostels from class 1st to 12th were said to be closed till January 31.

Schools will open in these states also from February 1

Apart from Madhya Pradesh, schools are also reopening in many other states from February 1. Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Rajasthan and Haryana state governments have also decided to start offline classes from February 1. While West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the reopening of schools from February 3.
