Chelsea, the daughter of hardware trader Manoj Rathor, resident of Power House area of ​​the city, had enrolled in Bukovinyan State Medical University in Chernivtsi city of Ukraine in the year 2019. The city is in the west region of Ukraine. Right now the situation of war in this area is not that serious, However, there is a constant threat of air strikes here. Chelsea said that the country has always been coming through Kiev. However, since the closure of air movement from Kiev, there were concerns as to how the country would return. In such a situation, the officials of the Indian Embassy helped. Was taken to Romania by a bus. From here came to Mumbai by air.
