 A train accident has happened in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. 6 coaches of the Bikaner-Guwahati Express train derailed. Let us tell you that there were a total of 24 coaches in this train. The incident happened after crossing Moynaguri. This train was going from Patna to Guwahati. Alipurduar DRM, SP and DM have all reached the spot and rescue work has started.

CM gave orders for rescue

Let us inform that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has given instructions for the treatment of the injured at the earliest and has also ordered for rescue operation.

Train was going towards Guwahati

Significantly, this train was to reach Guwahati by 12:30 pm, but before that this major train accident happened. The figure of how many people have been injured in this accident has not been released by the railways yet.
