Vrikshasana

In this easy pose, you have to stand like a tree and maintain balance. This asana helps in increasing your focus and creating balance. Also, you will not have any problem doing this. During the practice of this asana, you have to balance your breath along with the legs. Let me tell you, in this easy you have to stand straight. After this, you keep one of your feet near the other thigh and then join both your hands up, that is, make a posture of salutation. 

Surya Namaskar

This is the easiest yoga. Which helps keep you warm. Also you will not face any problem by doing this. It makes your body flexible. You can start your International Yoga Day with a short yoga session. 

Surya Bhedana Pranayama

focuses on this breathing technique that helps in increasing the capacity of your lungs and improving cells. Surya Bhedana Pranayama helps to maintain body temperature through alternate breathing, whereby you inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril. You can definitely do this on the day of Yoga Day. 

Setubandhanasana

Many people have back pain. In such a situation, the Bridge Pose is a great easy to remove back tension and cramps. However, you will have to put in some effort in this. For this, first of all, you lie down on the opposite side, then after that keep your hands on the side. Now slowly bend your legs from the knees and take them near the hip. Raise your hips above the floor as much as you can. For this you have to hold your breath for some time. Now exhale and come back to the ground. 

The dead body is the easiest  body posture. In this, you just have to lie down straight and close your eyes. This will give relief to your mind for some time. Along with this, you will also get relief from tension for some time.

1. Choice of time – Yoga is generally considered best to be done before sunrise, although you should choose a time to do yoga in which you are completely free and comfortable. Keep in mind, always do yoga by being comfortable so that you feel relaxed. 

2. Choosing the right place – The choice of time is as important as doing yoga. Which is in the open air, near nature or in a quiet environment. 

3. Do yoga on an empty stomach – Morning time is better for doing yoga. If yoga is done on an empty stomach in the morning, then it is very beneficial for health. However, if this is not possible many times, then it is necessary to have a gap of at least 3-4 hours between food and yoga.

5. Make distance from mobile – Yoga is always done in a calm environment with a healthy mind. Therefore, while doing yoga, stay away from mobile phones. While doing yoga, the mind should be calm and hating from the world should do yoga in Mohal. So keep in mind that while doing yoga, your mobile should be away from you.
