These things will be needed
one-fourth cup peeled almonds,
finely chopped saffron ,
one and a half cup sugar ,
five cups full cream milk
, melon seeds,
two teaspoons fennel ,
4-5 cardamom ,
two teaspoons poppy seeds,
one teaspoon black pepper
This is an easy recipe
, first boil water and sugar in a big pot and boil it well. Keep this solution of water and sugar to cool down.
After this soak melon seeds, fennel, black pepper, cardamom, almonds and poppy seeds and leave it for an hour. After that take off the skin of almonds.
Put all the things in the sugar solution and grind it.
Filter this mixture by putting it in a cloth.
Then add milk to it.
Now add cardamom powder to it.
Keep it in the fridge for some time.
Take out the thandai from the fridge and pour saffron on it.
